Payment 
We accept cash and checks only (Driver’s License or California Identification Card is required) and full payment is due at time of service.  Returned checks are subject to a $45 fee.  We depend on your good word and appreciate your business but cannot afford the liability of returned checks. 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If you didn't receive an appointment courtesy reminder or check your email / junk folder you are still responsible.  This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Not showing up to an appointment, or failing to call within 24 hours, will be counted as a missed appointment. You will still be charged the full price of the appointment. This price must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
